Mbappe acquires football club
Kylian Mbappe, the forward for Real Madrid, has acquired a majority stake in the French professional football club Caen.
Mbappe, who is the highest earner at Real Madrid, will become the majority owner of Caen at just 25 years old after finalizing the deal.
According to Le Parisien, the France captain will pay just under €20 million for the majority of the shares in Caen.
Pierre-Antin Capton will retain the remaining shares, valued at €5 million.
Caen is currently a participant in the French Ligue 2.
