Bayern Munich Interested in Vincent Kompany for Managerial Role

Bayern Munich is showing strong interest in bringing Vincent Kompany on board as their new manager."

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the Bundesliga club is prepared to recruit Kompany from Burnley to succeed Thomas Tuchel.

“Vincent Kompany has emerged as a candidate for several clubs recently, despite Burnley’s relegation,” Romano posted on X. “It’s understood that Bayern Munich has internally discussed Kompany as a potential option for the managerial position.

“Brighton is still deliberating on their next coach.”

Bayern Munich’s efforts to find a replacement for Tuchel, who has managed his final game for the team, have been unsuccessful so far.

The club has considered Xabi Alonso, Julian Nagelsmann, Ralf Rangnick, and Oliver Glasner, but now seems inclined to appoint Kompany. This season, Kompany’s Burnley was relegated after amassing only 24 points.
